What information do we collect?
We only collect the information you voluntarily provide in the site’s forms, as well as basic technical data related to your visit.

Who may your information be shared with?
We do not sell your information. It may pass through service providers needed for the site to work:
- Web3Forms: service that forwards by email the messages sent through the forms.
- Hostinger: website hosting.
- Google: fonts (Google Fonts) and maps (Google Maps) when these elements are displayed, and audience measurement (Google Analytics) only if you accept it.
- Centris, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp: when you click a link or button leading to these services, you leave our site and their own policies apply.
Some of these providers may process information outside Québec or Canada.
Do we use cookies?
With your consent only, this site uses Google Analytics to measure its traffic (pages viewed, source, device type) and to learn which content is useful. Until you click “Accept” in the banner, no measurement tool is loaded. You can decline, or change your mind at any time: change my choice.
This site does not use targeted advertising. The third-party services listed above may, however, set their own cookies when their content is displayed (for example the Google Maps map on the Contact page). You can also manage cookies in your browser settings.
How long do we keep your information?
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with applicable legal obligations, including those governing real estate brokerage. It is then destroyed or anonymized.
What are your rights?
You may request access to the information we hold about you, its correction, or withdraw your consent. You may also request that your information be transmitted in a structured, commonly used technological format in the cases provided by law. To exercise these rights, use the contact details above.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
How do we protect your information?
We apply reasonable security measures, such as restricted access to the messages received and the use of a secure connection (HTTPS). No system is infallible: do not send unnecessary sensitive information in the forms (for example card or account numbers).
